How do I help leaders navigate today's complex environment in practice?

Many executive coaches follow the traditional, step-by-step, solution-oriented performance coaching approach. I take a different approach.

First of all, it is crucial for today’s leaders to have a space where they can engage in radical candor, show their vulnerabilities, and embrace their authentic selves. A space where they can be seen and heard the way they truly are without the need to wear masks or to strive for perfection. This space leads to self-liberation and personal growth.

Secondly, my clients are intelligent executives who often believe that challenges can be resolved solely through rational means. I tell them that if the challenge could have been solved rationally, they would have already solved it themselves. To truly grow and effectively navigate complexity, one must engage their body, emotions, and intuition. I leverage a set of techniques rooted in the latest neuroscience research to help you step outside of the cognitive and rational realms.

Once you remove the mask, gain new insights and raise your awareness by engaging your whole self, it is only then that you can address the fundamental questions: Who am I? What do I care about? What do I want to stand for?

I began my professional journey as a top management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where I assisted clients in Europe, the Middle East and Africa in transforming  their business units, developing commercial growth strategies, and designing leadership development programs.

My passion for leadership, human development, and executive coaching eventually led me to a role as Principal at ghSMART, a prestigious advisory firm specializing in people strategy and executive coaching for Private Equity investors based in London.

In addition to coaching top managers and founders of promientn companies, I also share my knowledge by teaching government, military, and NGO leaders in a course I developed at the Harvard Kennedy School.

Life has unfolded along my professional journey, and I frequently discuss with my clients the moments when I had to regain lost energy after experiencing burnout or coping with the loss of a parent.
