What are blind spots? 

Unconscious patterns or biases that influence coaching interactions without our awareness. 

They can limit the coach’s ability to be fully present, open, and unbiased in client conversations. 

What can be a reflective space where coaches can uncover hidden patterns through guided questioning and feedback? 

Participants will be introduced self-awareness techniques, powerful reflective questions as well as actionable.
